Get in formation with Beyoncé‘s new Ivy Park athleisure collection. From the vegan lifestyle, to stylish active wear, Mrs. Carter can now be coined as entertainment’s health ambassador. Back in 2014, the starlet could be seen in an array of Topshop separates strutting on New York sidewalks. With the announcement of a collection that same year, it was clear the cultivating artist was in love with the brand. Merchandised as functional and stylish, the items will be available at Topshop, April 14.

In the promo video, Beyoncé describes her neighborhood park as a reminder of her safe place; a haven for her mind and spirit to go when facing any new challenge. A healthy lifestyle was enforced at such a young age, so it was only befitting for the international queen to one-day develop an athletic brand. #YassKween
On April 14, the items will become available to 12 different retailers – visit Ivy Park for the complete list. Unlike many others, Beyoncé has created her own Yonce-originals. No one-time capsule collection here, the joint company, Parkwood Topshop Athletic Ltd., is here for the long haul! Owner of Topshop Sir Philip Green mentioned that this was “just the beginning” of his journey with Ivy Park and Beyoncé. The athletic street wear company took 18 months to develop and has a leisure like design; targeting the everyday gym rat, yogis, fitness know-it-alls, and, of course, dancers!
Beyoncé was geared to create an active wear company to “support and inspire women.” After uploading the first collection piece on her personal Instagram account, the photo has reached nearly one million likes and counting. Stay tuned to her handles for more updates. In the mean time, operation #summertimefine should be a go. Remember, we all have the same 24 hours as Beyoncé.
