Intention and perception…
Motive and impression…
Dealt of decks deceptive
With no dimension of convection.
Cold as hearts of men tackled on tundra;
Wondering what produced this erroneous blunder?
Comfort zones catered to though efforts in vain;
The pain restrains them from their own happiness attained.
So your good deeds put to shame.
Uneven, the plane of logistics;
The well words not received by the dismissive,
Trying  to  appease whales and your worth is toothpickish.
Either way, you say that’s not what you intended;
But matters not the swinger when Cy Young’s eyeing a pennant.

Intention and perception…
Motive and impression…
Dealt of decks deceptive
With no dimension of affection.
Lacking love-laced lyrics, lending lessons to the lonely.
Failure to empathize with peers’ll reduced a steak to bologna.
Perfectly painting a picture more apt for The Louvre;
When the peanut gallery can’t identify primary hues.
Feelings smeared across the canvas, emotions run rampant;
Rarely running by rubrics of rationale rendering one stagnant.
Forever hopeful of one roaming this planet?
That’ll manage to persevere, peer pores past the granite.
Listen to my heart, but further, understand it.
Why does this notion seem to grow more outlandish?

Intention and perception…
Motives and impression…
Dealt of decks deceptive
With no dimension of connection.
Flipping the switch to an open circuit
Will lead others to question your purpose.
The moment you realize your investment is worthless,
And there’s no refunds, save parallel universes.
Do you keep trying to convince that your reasons were pure?
Or give away a few cares because that’ll do it for sure…
In attempts to be clear you must look with your ear, that’s what appeals.
If your hands had eyes you’d see how I feel;
Touch my mind and save me the explanation
Of proving my intentions align with your revelation.
