The Hive Society invites friends and family to join us for a day of service at the Houston Food Bank on January 31st.

For all of you who hit me up on Twitter and camp out in my inbox with your “I wish I would have known y’all were doing community service, I would have joined you!” messages, this is for you.

We’re inviting friends and family to join us for our first community service project of 2015!

giving tuesday, WHAT THE HIVE MEANS TO ME,

On Saturday, January 31st the bees and friends will meet at the Houston Food Bank’s Portwall Facility to participate in several fun projects to help HFB feed thousands of families across the Greater Houston area.

The shift is from 8: AM – Noon. I know, I know… it’s hella (do the kids still say hella?) early, but I promise you once you get there and the music is blasting and you start working, you’ll forget all about that small detail.

This will be a great opportunity to hang out with the bees while we make a great impact on our community.

It’s a family friendly event, so bring the whole crew, but please be sure to read ALL of the notes below.
